Precision Planting®
Backing up to the ditch to spray enough product out to get the right concentration of product to every nozzle takes extra time and ends up dumping costly and potentially hazardous chemicals out on the ground. The alternative is to just make your first pass and either deal with weed escapes or crop damage, depending on what might have been in the sprayer before.
ReClaim gives you a way to save those costs and eliminate those risks by adding a recirculation system to your sprayer. Whether you run a self-propelled or pull type sprayer, use traditional, electric, or PWM nozzles, ReClaim will retrofit on your sprayer by adding a new flow path from the ends of each nozzle bar section to the tank to ensure that you get the right concentration of product to every nozzle without ever having to open one. With a simple flip of a switch, ReClaim starts flowing product through the system and then indicates to the operator when product has recirculated back to the tank.
ReClaim also provides improved nozzle bar section cleanout. If your sprayer has a clean water tank, just open the flow from there and engage ReClaim to circulate that clean water through every nozzle bar section and it will return that all to the tank. If the sprayer doesn’t have a clean water tank, you can connect compressed air to the system and force the liquid through the return path to the tank to fully clean out the nozzle bar sections. ReClaim even eliminates those dead zones at the end caps where sediment can accumulate.
With the new ReClaim system, you can reclaim time, safety, and product, and you can do it all with your existing sprayer.

ReClaim™
SprayerDescription
ReClaim provides safe and simple sprayer boom priming. Priming traditional sprayer booms is a wasteful and time-consuming process that is unsafe to humans and the environment. ReClaim eliminates those problems by priming your booms with product before a nozzle ever sprays to the ground. That means your first droplets are effective, and you can get back time, save product and be a good steward of the environment without needing a new sprayer.Make Use of Every Drop
Sprayer owners and operators are all too familiar with the challenges of nozzle bar section priming and cleanout.
